Treasure State Endowment Program
The Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP) is a state-funded program created in 1992 as a result of Legislative Referendum 110. It is designed to solve serious health and safety problems and assist communities with the financing of the public facilities projects.
Eligible Applicants
Cities, towns, counties, county or multi-county water, sewer, or solid waste districts, and tribal governments.
Eligible Projects
Construction or repair of drinking water systems, wastewater treatment facilities, sanitary or storm sewer systems, solid waste disposal and separation systems, and bridges.
Types of Financial Assistance
- funding for construction projects (grants and loans)
- preliminary engineering grants
- grants for emergency situations
